As a Creative Director, I thrive in fast-moving agency environments where ideas must be bold, culturally fluent, and strategically sound. I bring deep experience concepting and leading integrated campaigns across platforms—TV, digital, social, experiential, influencer, and emerging spaces like Web3 and AI. I’m passionate about embracing new technologies not as gimmicks, but as tools to create smarter, faster, and more resonant creative that truly connects.

From launching Ally Bank and Sprite’s global identity at BBH, to reimagining JetBlue’s brand voice at JWT, to leading Nike US Digital at R/GA, I’ve helped major brands show up in culture with clarity and purpose. Most recently, at Cashmere Agency, I partnered with Google, Amazon, and Jack in the Box to create campaigns that blended storytelling with tech and cultural insight.

Now running Rob Ras Creative Collective out of LA, I continue to work with agencies and clients on everything from brand development to campaign execution. I build ideas that move culture and deliver results—and I know how to build the teams to make them happen. I’m ready to bring that experience to a full-time creative director role at an agency where great work and great people go hand-in-hand.
